Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or ask for a specification sheet, we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, email address, country, the product and fat content you are interested in, and your message. The spec sheet form sends only your email address and the grade you chose.

The forms go by email to our sales and marketing team. We use what you send only to answer your enquiry, prepare a specification, sample or quotation, and follow up on that request.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are (from the IP address), and which device and browser they use. PostHog may store an identifier in a cookie or in your browser's local storage so that repeat visits are counted once. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.

Like every website, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, date and time, and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our normal business records.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. You can also block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time.
