Milk based Sodium Caseinate
Coconut milk powder should be stored in a clean, cool and dry place under normal room temperature of 28 °C to 32 °C and maximum relative humidity of 80%.
Slight lumping upon exposure to lower temperature may occur but returns to its original powder form when re-exposed to room temperature (28 °C to 26 °C).
